Description[edit | edit source]
The Tiger Shark is a large shark species that thrives in the shallow waters of The Living Infinite. It is known to be much faster than the standard Shark, though it is less commonly seen and has less health. It is a predatory cartilaginous fish whose name is derived from the dark stripes running down its body, which resemble a tiger's stripes but fade as the shark matures. The sharks in We Need To Go Deeper are thus believed to be immature sharks, which explains their abnormally low health.
Behavior[edit | edit source]
The Tiger Shark is a very fast creature, making it more difficult to outrun or out-maneuver than its slower cartilaginous counterparts. Its behavior consists of swimming back and forth before spotting prey, after which it then swims towards its target and snaps its jaws when within close proximity. The Tiger Shark often overshoots its target, leaving it open to attack, though it redirects itself much quicker than typical sharks. It takes a single torpedo to kill.
